When will my coffee order ship?
We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
