We want you to love your brew, so if you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or merchandise purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of roasted coffee.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items or non-perishable merchandise in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship Items Back
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 7-10 business days.
